Congratulations on your acceptance to 完美体育官网! We are so excited to have you join the Wildcat family this fall. To assist with completing your enrollment and to better experience our website, please utilize Google Chrome.

Step 1 - Submit enrollment commitment fee of $200 (non-refundable)

Please submit your enrollment fee via one of the following methods below:

  • Log into your initial application portal at and click “pay deposit.” ( faster and preferred, B-CU ID is not required)
  • Cashier’s Office at 386-481-2292 (please provide your B-CU ID)
  • Online via our payment center website with your B-CU ID 

Step 2 - Complete your FAFSA

The key to the best financial aid award, including Pell Grants, Federal Work-Study, and student loans is to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) as soon as possible. FAFSA will be available to complete in December 2024. For more information, please visit . Be sure to add 完美体育官网 (FAFSA code: 001467).

 

Step 3 - Accepting awards, scholarships, and international requirements

Once your FAFSA is complete, received by B-CU, and you are awarded, you can view your awards online by logging into the system. For more information regarding applying for additional scholarships, you can navigate to  in the same area.

International students must document their ability to meet all educational and living expenses for the first year of their intended study before this University can issue a Certificate of Visa Eligibility (form I-20 or DS-2019) per immigration regulations. Although you must only show proof for the first year of study, funding must be available for your entire course of study from your personal or sponsored funding sources. International students are NOT eligible for financial aid and U.S. Federal immigration regulations severely restrict international student employment so students should not expect to subsidize their studies by earning income in the United States. Step 4 - Complete your housing application

Step 5 - Register for a virtual orientation session

Please see the information in Wildcat Web under the  section to register for orientation. For questions regarding orientation, please contact the Office of the First-Year Experience at firstyearexperience@cookman.edu.

Step 6 - Complete your FERPA release form

Your FERPA form can be completed within your Wildcat Web account. Please click to complete this form.

Step 7 - Submit your required health documents/immunization records in the student health portal

Please follow the directions provided on the  PDF handout to complete this task. For questions, please contact us at  studenthealth@cookman.edu. Please note, you must have your B-CU email and be logged into gmail  for this step, as it is completed there.

Step 8 - Pay your balance

Understanding Your Student Charges

Now that your financial aid process is complete, it's time to determine if your aid covers your total student charges.

  • Tuition and Fees:
    • Full-time students (12+ credits) living on campus will be charged $12,595.00.
    • Full-time students (12+ credits) living off campus will be charged $7,397.00.
  • Review Your Financial Aid:
    • Your financial aid award letter, available on Wildcat Web, provides the details of your awarded aid.
    • A detailed student statement will be generated in June.
  • Calculating Your Balance:
    • Compare your total charges with your financial aid. If your charges exceed your aid, you will have a balance due.

Payment Options:

  • Pay Online via Wildcat Web:
    • Use this option if you plan to pay your full remaining balance in one payment. 
    • Please view this tutorial by clicking for step-by-step instruction to complete this task.
  • Enroll in a Nelnet Payment Plan:
    • This option allows you to make installment payments.
    • Simple Steps to Enroll:
      1. Log in to
      2. Then click "Pay using Nelnet."
  • Provide Documentation for Third-Party Payments:
    • If an outside agency (e.g., Military Veterans, Active Duty Military, Vocational Rehabilitation, Florida Prepaid) will be paying on your behalf, provide the necessary documentation.
    • Please review the document that outlines the Certification Request for VA Educational Benefits.

  • Pay in Full with Cash, Cashier’s Check, Money Order, or Traveler’s Check:
    • Personal checks are not accepted.

Step 10 - Submit your official test scores (if applicable)

完美体育官网 provides a number of options by which students may shorten the time required to complete the baccalaureate degree. These options permit the University to recognize high levels of academic achievement and acquisition of knowledge prior to or during attendance at the University. Procedures that may be used include:

  • University Course Credit by Examination
  • Achievement of specified performance of military experience
  • Satisfactory performance in dual enrollment courses taken prior to graduation from high school

We require that students submit official transcripts from each organization they have earned credit from. The University CANNOT take this information off of your high school transcript.
